Crashing death

This experience, has only happened to me once and I hope it never will again. Birds sometimes fly into glass windows seeing the reflection of outside or seeing a large open space inside; This can seriously injure and even kill the bird. One day, I saw either an eastern meadowlark, or yellow warbler (I don’t know which) run into the glass five times in a row!  I am surprised that the poor birdie didn’t die then and there; And this was full force flying power. Eventually, he found out he wasn’t getting in and flew of into his nest (his nest was about five feet away). I’m glad he found out then and there because he could have died. Imagine this. You are a little bird flying twenty to thirty miles per hour trying to escape this monstrous hawk and all of the sudden you run into seriously thick. You might of broken a wing, damaged your skull, knocked yourself out, or even killed yourself. Has that given you an idea of how dangerous we have made it for these birds? well that’s only the beginning. be sure to keep our little friends in mind. Well that was today’s lesson. So, go places, see things, and MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
